WJ Group Shortlisted For Innovation Award At HEY Business Awards 2024

We're pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the Innovation Award at the Hull & East Yorkshire Business Awards 2024. Our timber chassis product has yet again caught the eye of another judging panel as the innovative product continues its growth. 

Our timber chassis is a product designed and developed in-house by our technical team that offers a sustainable solution to caravan, lodge and other smaller units that currently utilise steel chassis. The chassis is WJ Group's patented development which has grown from concept to final product over the course of three years. The development has seen multiple prototypes, design alterations, finite element analysis theoretical testing and tweaks to appearance over the development period. 

The recent developments include the chassis being under multiple caravans which extremely positive initial feedback and testing results. The recognition from HEY Business Awards is just another reminder that sustainability and innovation go hand-in-hand. The winner will be revealed at the event on 21st November 2024 at the Hilton in Hull.
