We have the capacity to manufacture over 5,000 roof trusses each week. We use the latest technology and hydraulic nail press equipment to produce trusses of varying configurations and sizes, catering for the specific needs of the caravan industry and the modular homes sector.
The manufacturing process always begins with our dedicated CAD designer team, who have decades of experience creating drawings in-line with the required specifications. We have access to many grades of timber to provide the most cost-effective solution to meet your performance requirements.
Where snow load performance is required we use the appropriate stress-graded timber which allows the provision of snow loading calculations, as detailed in British Standard BS 1647.
Our roof trusses are typically made from softwood, which is widely regarded for its versatility and strength, value for money as well as being easy to work with.
If it’s required you can also take advantage of our state-of-the-art treatment facilities to apply preservative timber treatments in accordance with British Standard BS 8417 to a range of Use Class systems.
They can be delivered flat or vaulted, and all deliveries are made using our fleet of dedicated HGV vehicles. While we typically work with softwood, we can work with you to meet any other timer construction requirements.
